Return Policy Guidelines
- Send Image(s) of damaged Cigar(s) to Support@cigarnj.com with order number, email on account, name on account, and date of purchase.
- Credit will be applied as account credit towards any cigars shown to be damaged or exploding. This credit can be used for purchasing cigars or accessories on the site.
- Cigars cannot be returned as they are considered a consumable product and may result in a health risk if resold.
- All promotional items must be returned in their original box along with cigars or you will be charged the current selling price of those item.
- *Above does not apply to free cigars, promotional items, or cigar samplers as those cannot get refunded.
How to Make a Return
- Call 1-732-997-0279 and ask for Customer Service between Monday and Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST to let us know that you’ve sent us images with order number and account name.
- Specify you’ll be wanting a credit.
